EOTAS packages

A programme may include individual teaching, mentoring, wellbeing support, life skills or learning in the community.

Online learningPlanning & reporting
Clear goals. Regular reviews.
We use information from the family, the young person and relevant professionals, including the EHCP where applicable. Goals are set for the short, medium and longer term, with attendance and progress shared through agreed reporting arrangements.
We review the programme with the commissioner so that changes are considered together and support remains relevant.
- Goals mapped to EHCP outcomes where applicable
- Individual education plan and crisis passport
- Attendance and progress shared via LearnTrek
- We also support families in securing an EHCP that reflects their child's needs, and signpost where possible
